Privacy Policy — Glow Candy

Publisher: VTMX Interactive, a brand of VİTMAX LTD. ("VTMX", "we", "us", "our")  •  Effective date: 5 August 2026  •  Last updated: 6 September 2026 (in-app purchases, Google Play Games sign-in, cloud save, downloadable content, notifications, in-app account deletion)

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the mobile game Glow Candy ("the Game") and the choices available to you. It applies to all versions of the Game distributed through the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, and any other official channel.

We designed the Game to collect as little personal data as possible. You can play without creating an account, and we never ask for your real name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Signing in with Google Play Games and making purchases are optional; the Game is fully playable without either. Please read this Policy carefully; by installing or playing the Game you acknowledge the practices described below.

Want your data deleted? Use our dedicated request page: vtmx.io/glowcandy/delete-data — leaderboard data is deleted within 30 days.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal information for money. Google AdMob and selected advertising partners may process information to deliver, measure, secure, and — where permitted and consented to — personalize advertisements. Certain laws may classify some of this processing as "sharing", "targeted advertising", or "cross-context behavioral advertising"; the choices available to you are described in Section 6.

We require service providers that process personal data on our behalf to provide protections consistent with this Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Advertising partners that process data for their own purposes do so as independent controllers under their own policies, subject to the consent and opt-out mechanisms described in this Policy.

Data is disclosed only to the following categories of recipients:

Public visibility note: your nickname and scores are, by the nature of a leaderboard, visible to every player of the Game. Treat your nickname as public information.

4. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Unity, Google, Cloudflare, AppsFlyer) operate globally, and data described in this Policy may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data of EEA/UK/Swiss residents is transferred internationally, our providers rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses. Where Turkish law applies, cross-border transfers are subject to the transfer mechanisms set out in the KVKK. This section is provided for transparency about where data is processed.

5. Data Security and Retention

We and our service providers apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed — including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for online communications and access controls on backend services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but the data processed by the Game is deliberately minimal and pseudonymous.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Rights available to everyone

Regardless of where you live, you can:

6.2 EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). Personalized advertising is only used with your consent, collected through the in-game consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform). You can review or change your advertising and analytics choices at any time by opening Settings → Privacy Options in the Game, or via your device's ad settings. If you do not consent, the Game shows non-personalized or limited ads instead. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6.3 United States (including California — CCPA/CPRA)

In the 12 months preceding the effective date, the categories of personal information processed are: identifiers (pseudonymous player ID, advertising ID, App Set ID, Firebase app-instance ID, IP address), internet or network activity (ad interactions, analytics events, crash and diagnostics data, service logs), and user-generated content (nickname, scores). We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent ad-supported processing constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA, you can opt out by disabling ads personalization or deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). California residents may exercise rights to know, delete, and correct by contacting info@vtmx.io; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

6.4 Türkiye (KVKK)

Türkçe aydınlatma metni: KVKK m.10 uyarınca hazırlanan ayrıntılı Türkçe aydınlatma metnine vtmx.io/glowcandy/kvkk adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may request information on whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object to results arising from automated analysis. Requests may be sent to info@vtmx.io and will be answered within the statutory period.

6.5 Brazil (LGPD)

Brazilian users additionally have the rights to confirmation of processing, anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data, and information about sharing, exercisable via info@vtmx.io.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is designed for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in certain EEA member states without parental consent). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age, and we do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to them. Purchases require a Google account and payment method controlled by the account holder; parents can restrict purchases through Google Play's parental controls and purchase authentication settings. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data through the Game (for example, used personal information as a nickname), contact us at info@vtmx.io and we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Game may contain links that open external websites or your e-mail application (for example, our website or support address), and advertisements may lead to third-party sites or apps. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Game evolves (for example, if we add new features or service providers). The current version, with its effective date, is always available at this address. For material changes, we will provide reasonable prominent notice — such as an in-game notification — before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of it.
